去年底有幸收到「men's uno Taiwan 男人誌」部落客計畫的邀請，開始寫起自己紐約進修之餘的日常食記，預計每月刊出兩篇，分別為私房料理及紐約特色餐廳介紹。這個專欄於我而言，除了是臉書專頁鄉愁呢喃的延伸，亦是介紹當地各式移民料理如何擄獲我的食事告白平台。
首篇文章獻給吃了半個秋季的栗子，今年暖冬使時令菜跑棚錯亂，食材始終換不了季，想想其實也挺好，畢竟挑戰自己給藝人/食材不同通告主題/菜色的極限永遠充滿樂趣。
It's a pleasure to be invited to contribute an online column on homecooking and speciality restaruants in "men's uno Taiwan".
